As a consumer, I thought I had my PayPal subscriptions figured out. I had set them to draw directly from my bank account, with my credit card as backup. I figured my bank account was more reliable than a credit card.

It would seem that PayPal disagrees.

My new credit card arrived in the mail three days after the previous card had expired. (don’t know why it took so long to arrive – guess they don’t call it snail mail for nothing.)

But I didn’t worry about my PayPal subscriptions, after all, only one of them was due, and it was due to take money out of my bank account, not my credit card.

Wrong!

Of all of the Web 2.0 sites I’ve come across, so far I like Stumbleupon the best.

Why? Because it gives me the best surfing.

At Stumbleupon, I can indicate my interests, click on a button and see a random site that has been given a thumbs-up by people with the same interest. It shows lots of great sites that I’d probably never come across in the search engines.

When I see a site I really like, I can easily add it to my Stumble blog.

One of the interests that I’ve listed is ‘Stumblers’. I really enjoy checking out other people’s Stumble blogs, and its the best way to find Stumble friends
