For internet marketing, social bookmarking and social posting is a bit like a bank account. Every time you social post someone else’s content that you genuinely like, its like making a deposit. And every time you social post something you produce, or some thing you’re only posting as part of an exchange, its like making a withdrawal. Thats even if you’re posting quality content.

So if you’re bookmarking your own content, as well as that of other people you like, thats fine. But getting a large group of people to bookmark your content, whether they like it or not, in exchange for you bookmarking theirs, whether you like it or not, is simply spamming the social bookmarking services.

So don’t overdo it - only bookmark good content - yours included. Get to know the social bookmarking sites in Social Poster, and make a genuine contribution when you use them.

When you’re blogging:

• use original content on each blog - don’t use an article more than once
• make sure its good content
• your keyword (umbrella) phrase goes in the headline, first paragraph and end of the content
• make sure that looks readable, and not artificial
• don’t mass bookmark
